Terms.
Listed below is a full list of
financial and install terms for
payments.
The floor will be dry,
level, clean and have had a
calcium chloride test completed
before Synthetic floors Installer
arriving to the site for the
install.
Every system comes with a
basketball, and volley ball court
labor for striping, Paint not
included. All other lines are
extra.
Synthetic floors, Inc.
will Install any pad and pour
system for a pre arranged price
per foot. Any threshold /
Transition materials needed are
the responsibility of the
flooring company holding the
contract with Synthetic floors.
Synthetic floors has some
materials on the truck and if
used will be billable at the end
of the contract.
All payments need to be
wired to my bank or by overnight
mail with for (deposit only) and
my Account# on the back under the
endorse location of the check.
The same for the final payment
upon final walk through By
Synthetic Floors representative
and job representative of which
agreed work is completed. Invoice
will be completed and delivered
with in one business day then is
expected to be paid upon receipt.
(Synthetic Floors Does not wait
for the dealers to get paid.) We
are not a bank, we Install
floors.
All wires or overnight
fees to be paid by the flooring
company that hold the contract
with Synthetic floors, Inc.
